How we work

A method,
not a mood.

The same five phases run on every engagement. They are deliberately unglamorous. The value of a process is that it removes the part where everyone guesses what happens next.

01

Diagnose

Week 1-2

We start by understanding the business, not the brief. Commercial model, margin, sales cycle, what you have tried, what actually happened. Then we audit everything measurable (analytics, search, paid accounts, brand, content and operations) and produce a findings document that says plainly what is working, what is broken and what is missing.

Outputs

  • Commercial and audience discovery
  • Full technical and channel audit
  • Competitive and category analysis
  • Prioritised findings document
02

Define

Week 3-4

Strategy is a set of decisions about what you will not do. We agree the objective, the measurable definition of success, the channels that will carry the weight and the sequence of work. Everything is written down, costed and scheduled before anyone opens a design file.

Outputs

  • Strategy and positioning document
  • Measurement framework and KPI definitions
  • Channel plan and budget allocation
  • Roadmap with owners and dates
03

Build

Week 5-10

Production. Brand systems, websites, content, photography, campaign creative, automation workflows and tracking infrastructure, built by specialists in-house. We ship in phases so value arrives early rather than all at once at the end.

Outputs

  • Design and content production
  • Technical and tracking implementation
  • Campaign and creative assets
  • Systems and workflow deployment
04

Launch

Week 11-12

Go live with instrumentation you can trust. Every conversion path is verified before spend scales. We run a structured learning period with deliberately designed tests rather than random variation, so the first six weeks generate knowledge as well as results.

Outputs

  • QA and tracking verification
  • Phased campaign launch
  • Structured test calendar
  • Live reporting dashboards
05

Compound

Ongoing

This is where the value accumulates. Monthly reviews that change the plan rather than just describing the past, a continuous testing programme, and quarterly strategic sessions that step back from the numbers and ask whether we are still solving the right problem.

Outputs

  • Monthly performance review
  • Continuous optimisation and testing
  • Quarterly strategy sessions
  • Annual roadmap planning
Operating principles

Four rules we do not bend.

Nothing scales before it is measured

We verify every conversion path and every data source before a single dinar of budget increases. Scaling on broken measurement is how agencies produce confident nonsense.

Decisions are written down

Every meaningful choice (target, budget split, channel, creative direction) is recorded with the reasoning behind it. Six months later we can both see why we did what we did.

You always know what phase you are in

No mystery. A shared roadmap, named owners, real dates, and a status you can check without asking.

Reporting names decisions

Our monthly review does not describe the past. It states what we changed, what we are changing next and what we need from you.

Working together

The practical questions.

Talk to us

Our studio is in Amman, Jordan, and we work with clients across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, plus a small number of international brands entering the region. Roughly two thirds of our work is delivered bilingually in Arabic and English.

Retainers start at JOD 75 per month for single-service work and JOD 145 for our Foundation programme. Project work (identity, photography, automation builds) is quoted individually. We ask for a three-month minimum on performance retainers and six months on generative engine optimization, because anything shorter cannot honestly demonstrate results.

For larger media budgets, yes, typically 10 to 15% depending on channel complexity. For most clients a flat management fee is fairer and better aligned, because it does not reward us for recommending you spend more.

You do, without exception. We work inside your ad accounts, your analytics, your CRM and your domains. Every asset we produce transfers to you on final payment, including working files. There are no exit fees and no handover charges.

Most of our long-term clients did exactly that. A focused first engagement is a sensible way to see how we work before committing to a broader programme, and it usually produces a clearer picture of what should come next.

A live dashboard you can open any time, a monthly written review that names decisions rather than restating numbers, and a call at a cadence that matches the engagement: weekly for active media, monthly for organic programmes. Quarterly we step back and review the strategy itself.

Not in the same market and category. Category exclusivity within a defined geography is written into our agreements, because the alternative is a conflict of interest we are not willing to manage.

You will hear it from us before you notice it yourself, along with what we intend to do about it. Our retainers run on 30 days notice after the minimum term. We would rather end an engagement honestly than defend a result we do not believe in.

Yes. A standalone audit and strategy engagement is available for organisations with an in-house team who need an outside read. It runs four to six weeks and the fee is credited against a retainer if you choose to continue.
